Preparing your site properly before delivery is essential! We've prepared the attached guide to help you get ready, but your individual circumstances may require you to make adjustments.
Permits (if required), proper site preparation (including leveling and drainage) and lawn repairs following delivery (if needed) are the responsibility of the customer.

Arrival! The most exciting part of the process is seeing your custom built structure being set into place on your site! What you've envisioned for your structure can finally materialize (organization, entertainment, animal refuge, increased sales, etc.)!
A lot goes into the planning for your delivery which is why we work with you from beginning to end. We deliver throughout central New York and beyond! We also offer FREE delivery to any location within 10 miles of our display locations. See the current Price File for details.
